This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Bragg Health Institute web site. On some pages, you can subscribe to our E-Mail newsletter, or submit online donations.
Information that is collected when you submit an online donation:
Certain personally identifiable information including your name, address, and telephone number are made available to us when you make an online donation through PayPal. When making a donation, we do not see or collect any financial information including bank account or credit card numbers. Please be aware that PayPal has their own privacy policy and terms of use that must be taken into account when using their services.
Information that is collected when you write to us either via USPS or through electronic mail:
We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive, and street addresses for written returns. We make rare mailings of important new info about the Bragg Health Institute, and will keep you active on our contact list. You can, of course, request no further contact by either writing to us via mail (at the address below) or by sending an e-mail to drwesterdahl@bragg.com. Please be clear, in the body of your note, as to the action you wish taken.
To whom your information is available and how it's used:
Your information will not be sold or shared with any outside parties. Your information is used primarily to process donations and deliver Bragg Health Institute materials.
We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site and to share with advertisers in a summary form, which presents no individual persons info. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt-out, or otherwise prohibit, such unrelated uses.
